Teacher Named Oregon Regional Teacher of the Year!

For the third time in the past four years, an NCSD teacher was named the Oregon Regional Teacher of the Year…and NCSD News was at the Sabin-Schellenberg Professional Technical Center to catch the surprise announcement just as he was getting kids settled into third period! Congratulations to Architecture & Design Teacher Robert Parker, who was shocked to hear his name announced by Superintendent Shay James amid a classroom full of cheering students.
